Choosing and caring for your furniture

If you would like advice on any aspect of choosing or caring for your Puji furniture please get in touch. We love talking to customers, and providing advice and support on choosing the best pieces to suit your style of home.

Quality

The Puji furniture range is built to last, and is always of excellent quality. Our furniture comes fully assembled after 8-12 weeks of careful construction and attention is made to the finest details.  We use traditional construction methods, pin and dowel techniques, and dovetail joints for extra strength.  Our products are made from solid timbers and we never use veneers.

Pricing

Our online prices are generally the same as in-store. The only exceptions to this are where an ex-display item is being sold in store at a reduced rate, or where we have a special promotion online.

We set competitive prices, and actively check and match these against similar quality products.

Web Site Security

Buying online through our web site is fully secure. Our shopping cart payments are managed and verified through Protox, one of the leading payment gateways. We also accept payments by phone.

Furniture Delivery

Our in house delivery service ensures your furniture is installed with care.  Our delivery team will remove all packaging and leave your furniture ready to use.

Should an item arrive faulty when delivered or are substantially different from their description on the website, we will automatically offer either a replacement or full refund. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to-measure orders unless they are faulty.  

Guarantee 

All furniture is guaranteed for one year, on condition that each item is cared for in accordance with the advice contained on the Puji website and product care guide. Where appropriate Puji will repair the item free of charge during this period, or we will replace the piece at our discretion if we believe this is appropriate.

Should an item arrive faulty, we will automatically offer either a replacement or a full refund. We reserve the right to repair an item rather than replace it where necessary.  Refunds will be issued to the card that was used to place the order once the goods have been received back into our warehouse.  If you paid 50% deposit online for your furniture and the further balance upon confirmation of your delivery, your refund may be in two seperate installments.

The wood used in our Puji furniture products ofen has a rustic look making each item slightly different in colour, apperance, measurements and finish.  We will not exchange items on a 'like for like' basis purely on the grounds of the character of the wood used.

Our Trading policy does not affect your statutory rights. Puji is based in the UK and trades under UK law and regulations.
