Puji is a London based company specialising in the design and import of exclusive solid teak furniture and co-ordinating accessories.

Design graduate Jimmy Ioannou, has worked successfully in the furniture industry for many years, establishing a business specialising in the design, manufacture and distribution of his own range.

From its conception Puji has worked on developing a collection of distinctive yet tranquil designs, successfully achieving a timeless clarity that is evident throughout the range. Simple, clean lines combined with the use of as much natural material as possible, are key themes.

Each piece in the collection has its own unique aesthetic, whilst staying true to the Puji signature of simplicity of form fused with natural, ethnic materials.

All Puji furniture is hand built in Indonesia by local craftsmen using premium grade, solid plantation teak, sourced and kiln dried from government-controlled plantations, or reclaimed teak from old colonial buildings within Central Java.

Puji also has offices in Indonesia, giving the advantage of a direct relationship with their craftsmen. This means as well as designing and manufacturing an exclusive range, Puji also has the ability to handle major bespoke design projects and manufacture multiple export orders.

Providing thorough quality control checks from sourcing raw teak through to finishing and packing, their UK directors travel to Indonesia to personally oversee all bespoke orders.
