Newman 'Oak' Sidebaord

The Newman collection consists of both a dining and occasional offering. Manufactured using European oak with a screwed, glued and dowelled method of construction.This collection sets itself apart from conventional oak ranges due to its unique and innovative hand finish. Firstly, all pieces are subject to a rigorous wood selection process whereby only pieces displaying the desired grain and character are chosen. Secondly, all planks are painstakingly hand brushed with wire wool to remove soft wood areas and enhance the grain definition. Finally, we seal the finished piece with a wax that ensures the raw colour and image is not compromised.The combination of knots and deep grain creates a unique and authentic finish that will not fail to impress.
