Orders
To order, wholesale products must be ordered as a minimum of £500 (five hundred pounds) for home wares and accessories and £1500 (one thousand and five hundred) of furniture.
Terms
● Delivery estimates are based on the time from final approval and a 50% deposit secured, to the time when the order is ready for delivery within the UK.
● We endeavour to hold all stated pricing, however due to material costs, shipping costs and currency fluctuations Puji reserve the right to amend pricing at the time of order.
● All Puji products are hand made and consequently have minor variations, which are an intrinsic part of their charm and character. These are not defects and we regret that such claims will not be accepted.
● All orders are considered firm at point of purchase. We cannot accept cancellation of any part of an order once processed. Should the buyer be unable to fulfill the final payment within 30 days of notification the order deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation charge, at this point the order is consider cancelled.
● Prices include standard packing materials and methods.
● Additional costs resulting from special packing or other requests will be charged and added to final bill.
● We offer a choice of options for delivery. Prices quoted are based on customer collection from our distribution point.
● All deliveries made will be under Puji schedule unless a date has previously been agreed by both parties. Neither Puji nor any of its external carriers will accept claims for damages if the goods have been signed ‘unexamined’.
● In the case of any damages upon delivery we must be informed within 24 hours. The carriage insurers will require photographic evidence.
Payment
The required payment schedule for Puji Limited is as follows:
Stage 1- 50% deposit upon receipt of order
Stage 2- 50% final payment is required 7 days prior to collection/ delivery of goods.
All carriage costs are on a pre-paid basis. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque (clearance will be required prior to confirmation of order/ before shipment) or credit card.)
Supply lead times
Puji endeavor to carry all products in stock; however delivery estimates vary depending on the total amount of the order and production variables involved.
Eight to twelve weeks delivery lead-time can be required. We will advise you at the time of purchase of availability of goods.
Guarantees
All transactions carried out by PUJI LTD are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed.
Data Protection
To comply with the Data Protection Act (1984) we are required to inform you that we have recorded your name and address on our computing systems for the sole purpose of processing your order and keeping you up to date with Puji products and news.
