This delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Please note a pallet delivery means that your goods are delivered within a wooden crate system. No packaging is removed and delivery is to the front door only. The pallet delivery company will not lift the product into the home or up any stairs.

Returns, replacements and refunds, if agreed, will be made to or from a UK mainland address.

If for any reason your furniture order is not suitable when it arrives at your home, our drivers can take it away with them free of charge. If you would like to return your item(s) after you have accepted delivery, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your goods.
A full refund will be given less the cost of the delivery fee charged at the time of purchase. If for any reason a delivery fee was not charged, the usual delivery fee for your area will be calculated and applied.
Our standard return policy does not apply to bespoke and made-to-measure pieces.
Accessory Returns
If for any reason your accessory order is not suitable, please return the item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your goods, accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Alternatively you can return your accessories to our Southgate Showroom within 14 days of purchase. You will be issued a full refund less the delivery charge providing the items are in a completely saleable condition and in their orignial packaging.
