In these unprecedented times, we would like to update you on our situation regarding the Coronavirus. Our customers and staff are at the forefront of everything we do. Puji would like to reassure you that we are fully committed to adhering to the daily advice received and we are closely monitoring the situation.
Puji The Store is currently closed and our click & collect option is temporarily unavailable. However, our website remains open. As a result of the Coronavirus, here at Puji we have made some changes to the way we operate, these can be seen below.

- Click & collect temporarily unavailable
- White Glove delivery service temporarily unavailable
- Enabled gift vouchers on our website, which can be purchased here
- Added a special request box to checkout for notes such as 'leave at front door'
- Extended returns period - let us know within 30 days instead of 14 days if you wish to return an item, more information can be found within our returns policy at checkout
Our external couriers continue to despatch our goods as normal for the time being, all of whom have their own procedures in place to protect your safety alongside their own. Our White Glove delivery service is currently unavailable due to social distancing protocols and has therefore been temporarily removed from our delivery options. If you are ordering a product with a lead time and wish to receive White Glove delivery by the time the product arrives should this be available, you can email us at info@puji.com and we can arrange this.
Large and extra large items will either be delivered via standard courier or on a pallet service, if a pallet service is necessary the driver will leave the pallet at curb side and you will be required to unwrap the goods and dispose of the pallet yourself. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, it ensures your goods can be delivered safely.
The Puji office team are currently working from home and we have strict protocols in place including social distancing and stringent cleaning procedures for our reduced warehouse team.
We do ask that you please bear with us as delivery times may take a little longer than usual, but rest assured we are doing the best that we can.
