Delivery and returns

You will only be charged one delivery charge for orders containing multiple items. The final charge will be based on the largest item being delivered. For accurate shipping costs, just enter your postcode in the shopping basket.

Cost is dependent on item size:

  • Small: £2.50
  • Medium: £5.00
  • Large: £10.00
  • Extra Large: £15.00
  • *White Glove Delivery will incur an additional charge at checkout.

Standard Delivery

Delivered by external courier company. Delivery times vary depending on item size and destination. We aim to have small/medium in stock items delivered within 3-5 working days from despatch. Large and fragile items can take up to 21 days to be delivered due to specialist handling being required to ensure safe delivery. Please note, on occasion large and extra large items may be delivered by pallet which is a crate system to your doorstep only, this will be unbooked and attempted between 9am-5pm. If you wish to be able to choose a time slot, we recommend choosing White Glove Delivery.

White Glove Delivery

Delivered to any room of choice, choose a suitable date and time slot. This delivery can take up to 21 days and is the best option for some large, extra large or fragile items. White Glove Delivery ensures items are delivered safely by specialist goods handlers and they will place your item(s) in a room of your choice. The handlers will contact you directly to arrange delivery, which allows you to select a date and time when you will be in for your goods to be delivered.

Please note, all services will require a signature and if you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card. Please liaise with the courier company directly to arrange re-delivery.

Returns
